Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jilicom may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.
You may request closure of your jilicom account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

jilicom does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilicom shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond jilicom's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
